Yes you can! We offer a 3-day free trial for you to test out our services.
Our specialists are highly skilled and trained. They are dedicated to producing high quality work at scale. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with their performance, your specialist will redo the work until it up to your particular brand’s standard. Also, all work assigned and completed by your employee will be overseen by a senior manager. This manager will ensure all work is done correctly and submitted on time.
All of your employees will sign confidentiality agreements before beginning with you and your team.
Yes we can! We can always add more employees to your team, up to 40 per week.
You’ll have direct contact with your employee and their manager.
We use Slack, Zoom, and email. Though on a case by case basis we can accommodate your preferred communication software.
Employees take days off on US holidays, unless you ask them to work. Their time on-shift for the holiday will be considered overtime and added to your monthly bill.
If your employee needs to take a day off, you’ll be provided with a temporary replacement for that time period. No downtime for your business.
Employees work from 9:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday. If you need them to work at a different time, we can accommodate on a case by case basis.
We offer a free 3-day trial to test out our services. If you’re unsatisfied after your trial, you may cancel at any time. However, we do not issue refunds for work already provided after your free trial.
If you have an issue with a virtual employee you’ve been matched with, we’ll swap them out for another employee, free of charge. In the interim your manager will complete the daily assigned tasks. No downtime for your business.
