- Applicant information: if you apply to work as a Specialist — resume, work history, education, skills, and assessment results.
- Verbal consent: if you provide consent during a phone or in-person interaction, we document that consent.

- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Analytics & advertising tools: we use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand Site usage and measure advertising effectiveness. 4. SMS / Text Messaging & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to Virtual Worker Now — through a form on this Site, during a booking, or by verbal consent during a phone or in-person interaction — you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your inquiry and our services, such as appointment confirmations, booking reminders, and follow-ups.
- No third-party sharing: No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscription. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For clarity: the exceptions above never include sharing your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
